Refund policy

 

Please note, we do not accept returns or exchange on items that are change of mind so please choose carefully. 

We only offer refund on  goods received that are damaged. If this was damaged during transit we will need to get in touch with our couriers.  We have a 10 day return policy on damaged goods from the day it was received. 

To be eligible for a return, you must notify us via email about the item that is damaged.  For robes, they must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

If you have ordered any other item alongside the damaged item, we will only accept returns for the damaged item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned.  Custom products such as special orders or personalized items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
